About Working with Brett
I’m a seasoned psychotherapist dedicated to helping you overcome mental, emotional, and social challenges, guiding you toward a joyful, fulfilling, and meaningful life. With a Master of Social Welfare degree from UCLA and licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) in California, I bring more than 20 years of clinical experience in diverse settings, including psychiatric hospitals and private practice. Based in Los Angeles, I offer convenient video and phone sessions to clients throughout California.

For those in their 30s, 40s, and 50s, I provide support for long-term relationships, career complexities, and grief. I assist individuals in their 60s in preparing for their transition into retirement. I help those in their 70s and beyond find meaning in life and face the inevitable challenges of aging.
